Samwell Text is a typeface inspired by the fantasy saga “A song of ice and fire” from American author George R.R. Martin. Designed for the composition of extended blocks of text. It possesses calligraphic features typical of medieval writing, that evoke the world described by the author. It’s name comes from Samwell Tarly, a character from the novel who loves books and knowledge.
